![]() Next, I used two oval infinity dies and cut out the oval in the center of the teal cardstock panel. I stamped it with a teal ink using the Altenew Pattern Play: Diamond background stamp set. Next, I knew I wanted to use teal as my focal point, so I cut a 4″ by 5 1/4″ panel from teal cardstock. ![]() First, I cut a gray, neutral card base to be a top folding 4 1/4″ by 5 1/2″ base. The other tips from this class I used in my card are the following: using neutrals to go with vibrant colors, keeping the color choices simple and only using a few, and using small embellishments or silver Nuvo drops to add light color. That means seventy-percent of the card could use a focal color, twenty-percent a secondary color, and the final ten-percent a pop of color.
